 Student Stories

[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]While they’re a diverse bunch, our students tend to have a few things in common. They could be studying because they’re interested in a new career, are ready to return to work, or want a qualification to match their on-the-job experience, but regardless, our students are ready for change! Our role is to do everything we can to help them achieve their career goals.

Leanne has worked off and on in accounting most of her adult life. However it always bugged her that she didn’t have any formal qualification. “I could get away with this 25 years ago when everything was done with a calculator and a pencil but with the regulation changes in the accounting industry and a social change to be better up skilled I could not afford to be left behind.”

Carol Ramachandran is the mother of four children, in full-time employment, and also helps run the family’s restaurant, Mulan. She had several diplomas in accounting and business studies but felt she needed a local qualification, one which potential future employers would immediately recognise and value.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_raw_html][/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row]
