Of course. We offer course extensions if needed.

What is the policy on course refunds?

What are the technical requirements to take an online course?

There are no prerequisites to enrol into a course with The Career Academy. All you need is a computer and internet connection.

Are there any online resources available for students?

You will have access to the TCAG201 – Introduction to The Career Academy which is located on their main dashboard. This includes “Getting Started” “Online Learning Navigation” and “Study Support”. You also have access to the online course content they are able to refer to and receive unlimited tutor support. The Orange Help button is available in your learning platform for any support or questions you have.
